COD MW2 problem - no one online?!

Afternoon all,

Having some issues with COD, it appears no one is online?! My NAT is open just wondered if anyone could shed any light??

never had this problem before, getting withdrawl symptoms!

Could be an issue with their master servers, I'm guessing theres some centralised point where they get the players from

seems that way, just browsing the steam forums and a few people seem to have the same issues.

Managed to connect fine through a friend though, so managed to get my fix

Think it's more avtivision are the ones to blame, if they simply just implemented server way like before none of this issue would occur.

It isn't steam as uk_viper said.

It is IWnet or whatever the crap activision call it.

Yeah, I couldn't get a game at about 1pm this afternoon, took me 10 mins, was strange.

Yeah got this problem too. Couldnt get a game last night so gave up and played something else, same thing just now. Looking closer i too don't show any players

IWnet seems to have a habit of things like this. Sometimes just being crap, sometimes fine, Underlying i think it's a crap system but they *seem* to iron the big issues (ie can't play at all) fairly quickly. Hope it's fixed by the time i get back from wiping on the Lich King because people don't move from defile, grr, Makes me want to kill virtual people!
