COD:UO issue

Right I have vista 64 and the spec as in sig.

I can play UO for say 10 mins then after that it stutters uncontrollably and my framerate is awful.

Its fine in COD4 etc just the old COD games.

Anyone else had this issue?

I have XP but i also have this issue since upgrading to an 8800gt believe it or not. Have never managed to sort it, ran fine with the 7600gs!

i had a similar problem, a few years ago i could play fine with 6800gt, really high framerate. When i upgraded to a 1900xtx i was getting a lot less framerate. Guess uo doesnt like new gcards much

8800 series have problems with early cods to do with graphics option.think its something to do with lighing options u need to turn something off cant remember now,just keep trying turning something off as it cures it.

it will be a lighting setting i think its something called t&l. as i remember trying to play cod1 with a nvidia tnt2 and it wouldnt play - geforce 4 ti4200 for the win !

Ill have a look my self as i was going to reinstall the old cod games
