Just playing through a mate's copy of this. The second mission, at the very end when Sgt. Sullivan gets run through by the Banzai guy - almost as soon as he gets hit, mouse over Cpl Roebuck and he changes at Sgt Roebuck - right there, before Sullivan has stopped breathing! That's initiative for you.
