I have cod wow on pc, and I keep getting pb_init fail and getting booted.

was wondering if any body here might have any ideas.

and yup, its a completely legit installation, and yeah punkbuster is installed.

sometimes i can play for hours, othertimes i get a minute or less

any help woudl be apreciated, there are not many cod wow servers ui the list, and when I cant join most of them becasue of punkbuster, it gets frustrating.

tried that, even went to the evenballance web site to manually update

make sure you havent stopped the punkbuster service that starts up when you load your pc, In msconfig. Think its under services.

You could do what I did. Install the PB auto setup thingy - http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php install it and choose the games you have and let it do all the work for you. I stopped getting kicked after using it.
