Sorry didn't explain well enough, within graphic options it says texture filter setting it can be trilinear - Anisotropic - bilnear!!
Aorry lads missed the filter part off first question!!

4) Filtering: Bilinear is the least appealing but fastest. Trilinear is better looking that bilinear but a very slight performance hit. Anisotropic is the best looking but is more of a performance hit. There's really no reason to use bilinear. Anisotropic is what you want if you can get it but it results in a medium sized hit for performance when you turn it on
