COD2 Graphics setting

Wow this game looks amazing on the english afrika missions, but my problem is when I play those levels my fps is unbareable, the russian missions and the nightime english missions everything runs smooth but not the english arfika missions.

system specs are
x2 3800+2.4ghz
2gig ram
x1800xt

Full details @ 1680X1050

Which detail should i lower to get good fps with the afrika missions?

I'm running dx9 mode because i'm playing the singleplayer so want the best graphics.

Found out the problem guys, its when I keep RKLauncher open when I game it must keep getting activated in the background, got full settings now and running smooth as lol.

Framerate was litterally 2-3fps a sec.
