wen im playing cod2 on max setings and a bomb blows up in front of me it closes down cod2 and says cod2mp_exe send error report or dont send error report i dont know wats the matter i have the latest patch and it keeps doing this please help

also this happens wen i try to play 1 player EXE_ERR_MSS_INIT_FAILED_MP

please help

update your sound drivers and go from there
