COD3 Freezing

Anyone having this problem, mine is freezing every 15 mins or so and its starting to do my head in, other games seem fine its just this!!!

Change the resolution? shouldnt have to really though thats just pants, i cba sending this 360 back aswell this is my 2nd one.

Mine's frozen once, at the worst possible moment! There better not be more to come...

I was at 1080i which i didnt think i was, dropped to 720p and no freeze for 10mins which is better, i love the game, loved the 2nd one aswell, i will stick at it i think.
