COD4 fails to uninstall

didnt know where to post so just posted here.

i uninstalled my COD4 last night,but when i come to install it again,it only gives me the option to uninstall,even tho it already is :S

after i uninstalled it the first time,i deleted all cod4 folders and player profiles.

i will post a screenshot to show the problem ..
