COD4, get it for ps3 or pc?

I have a relatively high spec pc (see sig) and a ps3, just wondering what system I should get COD4 on. Both the pc and ps3 are used on the same 24inch samsung screen. Wasn't too sure wether to put this in general or pc games or console games so just had a guess.

EDIT: cod4 is reviewed high and it is a good multiplayer game, but is it mainly a single player game or mainly a multiplayer game (like bf2).
Also seeing the new 8800gt being top value for money I may consider one.

I would guess that the PS3 will look better because of your spec.

On the PS3 you will have to play it on a gamepad.... which is just wrong for an FPS game

PC with the 8800 gt you're thinking of getting. I agree with above; fps's should be made for PCs only

hmmm/ the pc one IS cheaper and i assume if i have a console il just get owned by mice users.....

Cant you plug a mice into the ps3's usb? Anything use that?

I have a PS3 and a good PC. And If I decide on getting COD4. Then it will be the PC. Firstly because K and M. Also Dedicated servers ***. Get Uncharted for the PS3

The game looks awesome on my rig, I could set everything to high with no performance issues what so ever... tbh FPS games are tailored for the PC (mouse and keyboard combo) plus I've seem comparisons of the console and PC version I like the PC version looks better... looks even better on my 21"

Really? Dunno where you've been looking but the PS3 video and screen shots I've seen on IGN are at least as good as those on a PC. Plus, I'd bet it would look better on a 40" + LCD at 1080P than your 21" monitor

As someone here has said - its really quite impressive on the PS3 with IGN giving it a 9.4 (or something like that - IGN are quite reserved when giving out game scores).

I have to agree though - FPS is definitely a keyboard mouse combo.

Guess I'm just a little bitter having just sold my E6600 + 8800GTS rig to free up space in the house!

PC, just for the multiplayer competitiveness of it all.
