COD4 Limbo!

I'll ry and keep this as brief as possible:

-COD4 working fine
-Windows reinstalled
-Reinstalled COD4
-Installation crashed
-Try playing, said I require a Direct X file
-Download file
-Doesn't work
-Try uninstalling COD4
-Says "Error reading setup initialization file"
-No where to be found in add/remove programs
-Manually delete every file
-Disk and computer STILL think I have COD4 so won't let me do a fresh install

How can I get this game off my computer so I can start a fresh install?

Well I found a way to clear the registry so I just reinstalled it, everything went fine, but when I try to play apparently iw3mp.exe and iw3sp.exe can't be found. Do you think my disk just isn't installing everything it should?

When I open COD4 folder in Program Files there are 6 folders: Docs, main, miles, Mods, pb, zone

You should have a few files which aren't in folders. The iw3mp.exe and iw3sp.exe have the cod4 logo as their icon.
 
Eh not trying to hijack but saves me making a thread, on cod 4 I've tried to play online but punkbuster kicks me after like 30 seconds, all the damn time, I have it enabled as well :confused:.

I don't have those. The disk is a tad scratched.

Best bet would be to download the game and put in my original valid CD key?
