As I said there are Australian members in the clan who play with a 300+ ping and they dont warp across the screen. This warping generally only occurs if you ping is not stable i.e. has a range of 100+.
Sorry FMF I carnt help but laugh when people say no bunny hopping. Firstly you carnt bunny hop a lot in cod4, and if you do jump loads, your just going to get shot. I find people who say no bunny hopping simply carnt hit a moving target.
Yes its prob the best mod imo. I think its how the game should have been. Miles better than PAM4 which use to be used for match games.

Cod 4 has lag compensation so there is no need to shoot ahead. It does however mean that close combat fights are bias towards the person with the lower ping as whilst your bullet will still hit them, the server first has to register it which could easily be after you have been killed.
I find this happens still with my 50-70 ms ping on bt broadband so whilst there is no need to shoot ahead it does hinder your gaming.
Warping is when there is a poor flow of packets from the client to the sever, when the connection is broken they freeze on your screen, when it picks up they fly to where they should be. People used to fake this is cod 1/2 by binding printscreen to their scroll so the game froze for seconds at a time causing them to warp.
I didnt mention anything about not doing well with 130ms. I actually find it a lot easier having a high ping as its harder for them to hit you. So generally I only play on servers that are around the 30-40 mark.
