CoD4 odd texture, player models with blue areas

As above really, playing CoD4 for the first time and the player models when close up have a odd blue texture to them:

the picture doesnt really show it that well

I have all my video settings as high as they can go.

Can anyone help?

I really cant see any of these areas you mention?? looks ok to me??

think a better screenshot is needed, but could be anything. Got all drivers update and the game patched?

Maybe it was just a colour depth issue if you have just installed the game and maybe you changed the res or something.

Oh well
