cod4 profile problem

now this is a strange one i played cod4 this morning and it worked fine went to the pub for dinner with the girlfriend came back to resume on cod4 and the profile i use causes the game to crash, i no this because i tested a different name which loads fine but the main one which is on lvl 55 just causes the game to crash any ideas or am i going to have to start from scratch

I had this happen to me aswell mate, in the end I just re-installed it and started again
