COD4 - PS3 - Disconnections

When playing online on COD4 for the PS3, i find that in a lot of the games i will get disconnected half way through the game.

The message that usually appears is "host has ended the game" although other messages do appear.

Now im pretty sure there is nothing wrong with my set up, as I dont lose the internet and can go and join another game immediatly after the "disconnection"

Does anyone else experience this and is there anything I can do - nothing worse than being disconnected half way through a game.

Also the COD4 servers, are they hosted by the game makers / suppliers or are they hosted by individuals?

This is because the people who set up the game close the match when they are loosing. I normally get this all the time or connection interrupt during the game. Some people cant take loosing.

I think that if you cant join a server then the matchmaker makes a server for you to play

Pretty much what i was going to say! Although i have heard in the upcoming patch IW are going to make it switch to another User if the host quits so you dont drop connections.

Cool do you know if there is any reason why we cant make our own servers that are like the matchmaking servers (i.e. give out the points) ?
