COD4 Punkbuster requires update... er no it dont

For some reason I cant play COD4 anymore online, I've patched to v1.3 then used PBsetup to update my punkbuster files but now it just kixks me after 30-40 secs and says i need to manually update my files, I've tried that but still get the same message.

Im using Vista64bit and everything is upto date i think.

Anyone got any ideas that I can try I'd like my fix...

Tried /pb_security 0

Used to work for me in CoD2 with the same problem. Yet to experience it in CoD4.
