Hello,
Basicly I though I had fixed this by disabling my 2nd screen, but it appears it wasn't that as I played with 2 screens enabled later on and now it happes also with just 1 screen:
When I start CoD4 mp be it from xfire or from a shortcut I get massive lag everywhere ( so also in menu etc) because the process ''system'' is choking up 50% of the cpu, resulting in 1-2 fps.

Any idea what's causing this? I disabled xfire ingame but it still happens.
I'm patched up and it appears sometimes and sometimes it's fine, although atm I tried joining a server 7 times and all 7 times the problem popped up. While earlier today I've joined 5 different servers and it was (I've played for an hour) OK.
Only happens in mp, SP module works fine 100% of the time.
When I exit the cod4 mp module it's back to normall again, when I start it: Again system choking up my cpu.
Please help
, I want to play online lol.
EDIT: Rebooted, for now it's fine, however I don't want to have to reboot before playing cod4 mp for sake, anybody heard about anything like the problem I've described.
