CoD5 - Cant start a game, please help?

Hi there, please can you help me out here because I cant seem to get this game working, the game its self launches when I double click the icon on my desktop and runs and loads up sweet, I can see the main screen and choose graphics settings, sound settings, start single player and multiplayer etc but when I choose single player and set the difficulty, there's no button on the screen to click start, or run, or launch?

I've looked around on the net and I've found half a dozen other people saying the exact same thing, so its not just me, its a whole bunch of people within the gaming community that are having the exact same problem as me.

I'm on windows vista 32bit ultimate, brand new PC, quad core, 4gig ram, 9800 GTX+ & watercooling.

Fixed this now, my cousin found a fix, it was due to the profile not been there, and I downloaded a fix that you ran and your insert your name and then it creates a profile and now when you choose the difficulty the game just runs, and it looks amazing on my new PC!

the name of the file you need to download for this problem is: NKCSS CoD 5 WaW Profile Fix.exe
