Hi, i have put this in here because i don't think it's a sound card fault, more a general hardware issue.
I have an old system running winxp, and have put a new(er) sound card in it. It did have an ISA card in there, it now has a Muse XL sound card. But it won't work.. it just says device cannot start (code10).
I have tried a different card, same result, tried moving to different slots, same result. Tried manually assigning IRQs, same result.
Soooo, i'm just wondering - is there anything silly i might've missed that could be causing this because it's doing my head in!
