Code 23 Rog Maximus XI

I built the system 9 months ago and all has been great until yesterday booted it up and everything is running except monitors mouse and keyboard .The code on the MB is 23 which I cannot find anywhere the only way to turn it off is with the main input .

I have removed and cleaned the GPU and ram re seated all plugs still the same problem any ideas guys ?

Says it's a memory code error,you may have a dead stick insert one at a time.
