Code 43 usb error windows 10

Just Bought a new phone, but can't get it to work via USB. Getting this code 43 error, device not recognised . Works just fine when plugged into my laptop . Any ideas ?

Tried a few different things ,then even done a complete format /reinstall but still getting the same error
