Code 43 USB error

Hello Overclockers forum, Recently I have been getting the Code 43 error with every device I plug into my computer apart form my keyboard and mouse.

The devices i get the error with are

USB stick
joystick
Wireless adapter for xbox controller
and my phone via USB

I originaly thought it was a software error in windows so I reformated but I now know that it isnt,
If anybody knows a fix I would appriciate

My Mother board is Asus p8p67 le

Im on a fresh install of windows so the drivers wouldnt be corrupted Perhaps I should try a bios update

Also how do I update my BIOS without a USB stick :/

All Of my USB devices seem to just heatup a lot is this a mobo error?

I will try all of the devices on another machine then get back to you, i have updated my bios but to no avial I still get Code 43 on some and then when I plug in the others i get no response they just heat up.
