I picked this up earlier today. Dark Souls Lite is probably the best way to describe it. Good fun regardless.

Looks alright, if a bit bland in places. Fairly easy to run so your 1080Ti won't have any issues.

Could do with a hi-res texture pack on pc though.

Character creator is very extensive, so if you into anime you could spend hours just tinkering with that never mind the game itself.

I quite like the look of this, massive Souls fan so always on the look out for games in that mould.

Might wait for it to drop down a bit from the current £40 it's at though.

It's a solid game if you're into anime and souls type experiences, hold in mind if you're looking for a souls-esque title The Surge 2 is out now too.

As usual with Japanese developers, no ultrawide support out of the box.

However, it can be fixed with a simple hex edit to the exe.

I would assume pad I couldn't imagine playing any Souls'esque game with a KB and mouse.

Already dropped down to £32 so picked it up

What a bizarre story this game has

Not liking the double 'gift' menu meaning a Dark Souls key mapping isn't workable so its taking a bit of time to get used to not attacking using triggers but it's decent! Runs well but that's not surprising it's not particularly demanding.

Also my male character seems to look more like a woman than a bloke.

I take back what i said about performance im on a level and it's a bit ropey, get sudden GPU usage drops = frame rate stuttering.

I've had similar problems, hoping it'll be patched out.

It's not a massive problem during gameplay so far, but I've had a few in-game cut-scenes that have been pretty jerky due to GPU usage tanking randomly.
