I'm not sure if this is the right place or not but here goes.
We recently bought a car with a coded immobilizer in it. This requires the entry of a 4 digit code before the engine will start.
This is not an original part but and after market job
It all works fine except for the fact that the code is set to 1234 which as near as I can figure is factory default for the unit.
We got no manuals to do with this unit with the car and the previous owner never knew how to change the code.
The unit is a Interaldu IA 900/3 I have searched the net but cannot find anything on changing the code. Nor have I been able to figure it out myself.
All the keypad has on it are the numbers 0 - 9 and two lights nothing else nor is there anything on the brain of the unit that would allow change of code.
Has anyone here ever run into one of these and have any idea how to change it?
