COH Opposing Fronts thread

Woke up nice and early this morning, cause i knew id be able to purchase it on steam, so here i am as i type waiting for the dl to finish
I cant wait to see the british troops, i know they got paras, but i wonder if theres SAS
From what ive heard the English troops in the beta are way to awesome, so expect a nerfing soon (keep the realism!
). Sounds very good though, might purcahse it myself today.Loading via steam now. Seems to be redoing COH original aswell which i also have on steam, all this download at 300k/sec means a long wait

i had to uninstall coh before i could get opposing fronts on but it gives you the option to install the both of them you just have to have you coh key as well
where u get that from, i dont think steam gave me one?
Well I won't be getting OF just yet as from the few patched vCoH games I've played it appears they've broken the game, and thats after a win against the Brits and two losses with the old teams (one as allies vs WM and one the other way round).
The AI is messed up, for example trying to wire off the bridge in Beaux the engys would only build 1 section of wire even tho I told them to wire all the way across. Units jump out of cover (more than before), StuH tanks seem to miss their shots repeatedly, explosives/artillery are way too good (I oneshotted an entire rifleman squad with a bundle nade from cloaked storms and took out another in two spotted mortar rounds). Inf combat has been messed about with (if it ain't broke...), flamer engys sometimes decide they aren't going to bother flaming...I'm sure there's more...
I haven't even played the new maps or against anyone who knows what their doing with a new faction, but on gr.org loads of people are complaining about both.

just got it and installed and played the two new armies tutorials. Am wondering how the old armies will stack up against the new ones, though I guess we will find out.
Rest assured if there is any balancing issues, Relic will sort it - they always do. Looking forward to playing the campaign now.
