CoH - Stug's

I was playing a Skirmish the other day and the German opponent starting churning out upgraded Stug's, Stug EH or something like that. They basically had a chunkier gun. Does anyone know how to get those as the German forces? Do you need to choose a certain doctrine, or is it part of an Assault group (the one you call onto the battlefield at the cost of manpower) ?

the stug 42 is an off map unit, support tech i think.. the one with the 88 flak.

Yeah just tried it out, slightly more powerful gun is all.

You get them by, choosing the German Team obviously and Chooseing the Blitzkrieg Doctraine and in the BlitzKrieg Doctraine its known as the Urban Assault team, u get that Upgraded Stug and a Squad of Stormtroopers.

the Stuh?

its more suited to fighting infantry and buildings... worse against tanks

rarely bother with them really

Yeah the Stuh, thats the one. I've found its pretty good against infantry taking cover in buildings.
