Coil Whine on Fury

Just purchased a Fury Nitro specifically for the low noise and less heat compared to my 290X.

I was a bit disappointed to find that I get a bit of coil whine with the new card compared to zero coil whine with my 290X.

Is coil whine something all of these cards have?
