CoJ AA & SM3 problem

I've installed CoJ again cos i felt like playing it through again, but I have an issue. Before I just used SM2 and had AA enabled in game because the drivers werenbt out to support SM3 and AA. It seems my current drivers do support both if I force through the CCC, this i have done, but AA isnt applying in game, theres loads of jaggies.
Any ideas why?

Have you patched it? I had a similar problem on Hitman: Blood Money, where if I forced AA via CCC it wouldn't apply it, checking the 'use application settings' allowed AA to be added via H:BM itself.

i havent patched it, no. I cant use the application do decide because its disabled in game whem SM3 is chosen. I'll try patching it
