CoJ shadow probs

Went and reinstalled CoJ however im having probs with the shadows, running it on max settings with sms 3.0 enabled but the shadows are driving me mad

Dont have a screenie of it but when my shadow is on the cliffs it spawns about 20 of my shadows.

I dont remeber this happening the last time i played.

7.6 as they allow me to play ET without a Vpu recovery

If you look on the building on the right of the screen you will see what i mean about the shadows of ppl, about 4 times the same shadow is repeated, ive googled for an answer but i cant find any.

afaik, a fair few people are having probs, people on nVidia GPU chipsets as well. I have probs too; mine is a block of shadow, as apposed to repeating shadow. There is no solution that I know of, I 'let app decide' on all options when I run CoJ, it seems to be a game engine problem, therefore only a patch can solve it. The only one available doesn't.
