Coke tasting different.

Coke tastes different around the world because different countries have different laws about which sweeteners you can use.

Coke in the UK is hideously over priced, so certain wholesaler a send wagons over to Ireland and the continent and buy it in bulk and bring it back over here to flog.

One of my customers had a run in with trading standards and its actually illegal to serve this retail into a glass without making the customer aware first that it is not a uk sourced product.

Thats why coke from a glass bottle usually tastes so much better as it hasnt lost any fizz from factory

But Coke in a can tastes better than a plastic bottle. :confused:

Glass Bottle > Can > Plastic Bottle

During the Olympics they introduced some special ones in the Park which are a bottle shaped container with a wrapper, made out of aluminium. I've not seen any since, but I thought this was going to be their new thing.

I know a girl who goes by the name of Pepsi.

Never known anyone go by the name of Coke.

So Pepsi is not only the superior carbonated soft drink but it can double up as a name too.

As for pyjamaphobia, I must be. I'm not about to go all Craterloads on you though. The thought of a fully grown man in pyjamas just really creeps me out. And living in a cold house is no excuse, you have a wife who is warm.

pepsi is so much better than coke...EXCEPT in the case of coke in glass bottles which is the best ever....coke from bottles and cans is just bad these days :/
 
I just bought a bottle of coke from Tesco which definitely tastes more lemony than it should. Not sure what's going on with it and I'm quite wary about drinking it all (probably will anyway though lol).
 
Coke definitely does taste different sometimes. The stuff in the plastic bottles tastes worse than out of a can and have also had very different tasting coke from foreign cans.
