Cold boot issue

Hi All

Can anyone give me some direction on what I could do regarding a cold boot issue I have with my PC ?

Bios hasnt been changed since been built (couple weeks now), apart from speedstep off / llc enabled. Reading up on overclocking before changing anything which may take sometime. (X.M.P profile has been selected so running memory at correct timings and suggested voltages )

Example - I will turn my PC on tonight it will show 4gb, I power down and turn on again and I then get 6gb. I have had no BSOD's at all plus no other errors or crashes since been built. Basically the system seems to be running fine apart from this memory issue. ( Bios shows 4gb also until 1 single cycle of turning it off and on again )

Anything I can try ? ( I think the hardest thing about this is that I get probably 1 attempt a day to test this due to it working after the first boot )

I'm having a hard time believing its a RAM issue as I haven't had any issues with the system performance at all.

Thanks
