Cold cathodes keep arriving cracked!! GRRRR

I'm really peeved off. I bought a tri-colour cathode set from one supplier 4 weeks ago, it arrived cracked! Ok, so they send me a replacement, nothing arrived...ok, I asked for a refund...

I tried my luck with COMPETITOR, and guess what, it arrived cracked too!

Where the hell can I buy a tri-colour cold cathode set that will arrive INTACT?!?! :mad:

It's such a hassle, hell...

Is it the fault of the seller that they didn't package it well enough or royal mail?

You would probably ask for a refund off the seller and then they would get the insurance money (if any!) back off royal mail.

The seller seems to be ignoring my emails. I know he is active as he has been leaving feedback to people today. What should I do? :mad:

Make a complaint or ask on the relevant forum, mainly the one that this site has nothing to do with.
