cold cathodes problem

Okay basically, I have a Core i7 oc'd to 4ghz, 12GB RAM at 1200MHz, 4 SATA HDs, GTX 275, 3 250mm fans, 3 120mm fans, Corsair HX520 PSU, Asus P6T

When I have the cold cathodes + inverter connected, my PC does not properly cold boot (no post, no display, no speaker bleep, just fans spinning), I have to press reset to make it fully start. When I disconnect the cold cathodes + inverter the problem is solved.

I'm thinking the cold cathode inverter is causing the 12v rail to droop when it is connected?

Anyway, I'm also looking for a modular PSU to replace my HX520.

Ta for any advice ;)
