Basically had a cold for a few days now, today being the worst just woke up in a groggy mess 
, can anyone recommend any off the shelf non prescription remedy to perhaps help me feel less groggy. Aint had a cold for eon's so im not sure what treatment is the best and would rather ask on here instead of buying 100's of different products
