My PC is trying to boot up twice before finally doing it. It turns on resets twice then boots in without a message about windows not starting, sometimes I get the bios screen saying some settings are causing the failure.
Only change has been putting two more fans into a y splitter, could it be trying to draw too much current and it cant cope on the initial firing up?
