Cold Start - OC problem?

I have a slight problem.

When I cold start my PC, after about 3 seconds the PC shuts off and restarts.

Now I have an I5 SB up to 3.7 which is currently receiving 1.4v and the VCCIO is at 1.2 every thing else is standard.

I have no problems the second time just a little annoying as I don't know whats causing it.

its something to do with the motherboard I think, its a known issue, try searching terms like 'sandy bridge cold boot issue' should give you more info and solutions to try out.

I think it was more specifically related to the p67 chipset.
