Mine seems much smoother on my rig with it all maxed out apart for the res iv only got it in 1280*1024 (due to my monitor)

Edit 49max fps & 42 min fps

Run it without FRAPs and see?

Not sure if the demo is different, but I get just under 60FPS average with all max settings (maybe not full AA).

I'm amazed at the quality and performance off my piddly little cards

Also anyone tried dx9 only ? Quality looks rubbish compared to dx11 but my cards can only handle dx10 so I'm guessing my cards handle some of the features of dx11 but not all.

Looks like I won't be rushing to get a 5800 just to play this game

It's in the game, under the options menu (it appears after completing a full race though)

55fps average. It's not too bad i guess.

Crowd on ultra is such a killer in fps. With vsync on I dont get any more than 30fps.

Right, all options on their highest with these settings:

I get

DX11
Min: 39
Ave: 45

DX9:
Min: 40
Ave: 55

I'll probably be able to squeeze some more out of it as it's all at stock atm. Also, how do you get it to do 16xQCSAA? The highest mine goes to in the options is 8xMSAA. The only real difference i notice between DX9 and DX11 is the water effects. It seems smooth enough when i play so i'm just gonna leave it on DX11.
