Colin McRae: Dirt Preview

I want Rallisport Challenge 3 :(

Ive never been the biggest fan of the Colin McRae series, but with no sight of Rallisport this might have to do. Screenshots look lovely.

Those are quite old now those screenshots, but all the same, they are rather drool worthy anyway

Although I've never been able to get into a Colin McRae game

Ditto! The day Codemasters understand that cars steer from the front wheels and not a pivot point in the dead centre of the car then I may become interested in a McRae game. Until then, the poor representation of a cars handling will continue to put me off!

I cant possibly comment on the latest editions - but I know that the initial few CR games (on the PC) published by Codemasters had McRea's & Grist's approval for handling etc

Looking forward to this game a great deal - too far off still though for my liking

CMR2 for the PC with a wheel was superb. It went downhill from there.

Never a truer word spoke! ;)

I had a Thrustmaster Ferrari Modena 360 steering wheel for my old PC with a copy of Colin Mcrae Rally 2 and I can say it was the dog's balls :D

It was simply awesome. The cars actually felt as though they were "realistic". I still have the game floating around somewhere and may give it a go when I get my new PC.

Whappers.

Exactly, I have never been a fan of McRae series. You can be doing 120 mph while things move past you...very slowly!
