Collaborate Between Windows 10 and iOS

I work for someone who uses iOS on his iPad pro 90% of the time as he is always on the move. I use a Windows 10 laptop and short of me having to get an Apple with OSX, is there any way possible to collaborate i.e share images, documents etc real time between iOS and Windows 10?

One of my workplaces has a mix of PCs, Macs and iPads. All shared documents are on google drive and are updated in real time. It works pretty well.
