We're starting a new project at work which requires us to work closely with colleagues at a different site.

We're currently looking around for a tool which will allow us to collaborate effectively. NetMeeting does a reasonable job, but there must be better alternatives.

We already use a product called 'Spark' for IM (via Jabber), but we also require voice chat, conferencing, screen-sharing and whiteboard capabilities.

Thanks in advance,
Richard

Windows Live Messenger (not joking), or for something internally hosted and free, look at OpenFire (people who made Spark, also offer an enterprise solution).

Office Live Meeting might be a better fit than Windows Live Messenger... although it may be overkill.

Not heard of OpenFire before - thanks for the heads up, JimpsEd :)
