collaborative calendars...

Right, at work I have the need for...

an online calendar server that people on os x (iCal), linux (thunderbird), windows (outlook and thunderbird) can update their own personal calendar and have it automatically shared.

I've tried DAV and the RemoteCalendars plugin for outlook but to no avail.

The users do not want to change their software, so I can't convince the outlook users to change tack

Google's docs? Just make a cal in google's excel. Then everyone can access it. Unfortunately tis a pain as you have to create the accounts and set them up.
