Collaborative Email

I am trying to find a decent email solution, there are usually 4-5 people working off 1 email address ([email protected]) ideally all the emails come into one account and can be replied to etc from there, also it would be essential for each user to be able to see what the replies have been.

Personally I dont think exchange offers this. Any other ideas?
 
We use the .Mac service for my business which seems to work fine and there are about 3-4 of us running from the one mail account via iMacs, Macbooks and iPhones, not sure if it would meet your needs or not but it might be worth investigating,

IMAP works perfectly fine for us, it even adds a little replied to flag in outlook so you dont have to look in sent items unless you want to know what a reply was.

We use hMailServer by the way if that's any help.
 
just setup a new user/mailbox in exchange, then just get everyone to add it as a shared mailbox in their outlook. We have tonnes of them at work
