At the bottom of my garden behind my shed is a small area I wish to use for storing some bits and bobs in winter.
So tonight I went and cleared all the overgrown hedge out of the way which revealed a wall that is starting to lean over at the top.
On my side the wall is only about 2 or 3 feet high, but on the other side it is probably a 10 foot drop.
I would assume this means it is the neighbours wall not mine.
I don't want to start building a small shed if the wall is likely to give way and take my shed with it.

I could dig down about a foot and a half (which I think is where the wall starts to lean over) but then I have to find a way to get rid of the material I dig up somewhere.
The wall seems solid enough apart from one of the top "caps" (sorry don't know proper name) has come loose due to the (now very dead looking) creeping plant growing up and through it from the other side. The loose cap is not on the part of the wall that is leaning over
