Completely depends on the strength and retention of the aftershave.

With Boss I might use 2, with Vera Wang I might use 3/4.

Theres nothing worse than seeing a nice girl, getting up the nerve to go say hi and then having to turn round and walk away before speaking because she's so overloaded with perfume you feel like throwing up.

Seriously, the intention should not be to make people retch when they get within 5 feet of you.

2 sprays is plenty.

I've just found that replacing the words 'cologne' or 'perfume' in the OP with the word '****' makes it instantly 10x more amusing/immature
