Colour calibration / matching on two diff screens?

So i went and bought a u2713h monitor, lovely. I need to match the colour settings to be the same as my U2412M, i've set the brightness/contrast to be the same but the 2713 seems to be a bit more 'creamy' on the whites.

All drivers have been installed and colour management - have used the same profile..

Top tips, welcome...

You won't get them to match unless you're running the U2713H in sRGB mode are you? The wide gamut vs standard gamut will make it tricky otherwise
