Colour codeing, what cables?

I've recently decided that I do care how my case looks inside! I'm going with Red and Black mainly because I have the MSI gaming mobo and I quite like red and black!

Eventually I'm going to get the Fathom 240mm watercooling kit but I'm going to start off with the cables.

My question is where can I get new cables in red or black to replace my power cable and GPU power cable. All I see on OCUK is extensions.

Also is there an extension that will extend the I/O pins so I can have them in black?

Any help much appreciated.

Yeah there is I/O extensions I believe there made by NZXT.

The reason is because each (you have a modular, I presume?) power supply can have different type ports/connectors on it, even though the ends which connect into the GPU etc will all be the same standard. So the cables are extensions, which shouldn't be a problem. Just hide the PSU cables somehow.

If you can get them custom-made then great, but the website does have I/O extensions. Below is a selection of options. Not sure if you need all of them (like USB 2.0):

So extensions it is then! For the GPU do I just get 2 separate 6 pin ones?

I might go red and black for the 24 pin and GPU and then black for everything else!

Then do I get white LED's or red?
 
White LED's all the way.. :)

I think coloured (other than white) look a bit naff..

White (aslong as theres not too many) will extenuate any colour you have in your case. :)

You just want to make sure it doesn't look washed out.
 
I was thinking 3 white spot lights.

The only annoying thing is my PSU is black and gold! Not much gold but still....it's not black and red! I could always take the fan protector off and spray it black I guess!
 
You could use vinyl wrap on the psu. Much easier to remove. Regarding cables, i got a few from davido labido in red, white and black. Theyre absolutely perfect, much better than pre braided cables from corsair, bitfenix etc.
 
Pic of them in situ in my current case. though ill be swapping cases in a months time or so.
