Right, having a good old change of hardware recently (new DFI P45 motherboard and kingston ram) and decided to strip down my pc.

As you remember - previously watercooled my Antec 900 but now need to get some new tubing etc. last lot got stained by the red fesser!!

Tempted to go with some Black tubing

Or should i go with clear tubing and some orange fesser liquid?

Motherboard is black and orange mainly

What 's people choices? - need to order tubing today so anything from overclockers website - colour choices/combination's ??

I've the JR version of that board and i'm planning on black tubing with red coils... Failing that it'll be clear tube, red liquid and black coils...

Not sure if the orange will look any good tbh

UV red sucks so dont bother with that. Orange XSPC tubing with black coils or Black XSPC tubing with orange coils is the only way for the Jr. Post above means this thread here!

^^this. Was pretty disappointed when I redid my loop the other week...thought it would glow red like something very red and very evil.....instead it doesn't glow and just looks a bit orange :(

I think if you want your fluid to glow, you have to buy a fluorescent colour e.g. green, blue, pink, orange, yellow.

I would stay well away from Feser or any other UV reactive fluids as they stain EVERYTHING and eventually the dye comes out of suspension and it's a nightmare to clean the loop afterwards.

And if that doesn't get you then don't spill it, or get a leak as all of a sudden everything you touch starts to glow in the dark:o

Black tubing is great until you want to bleed the loop, in which case you're asking yourself where is the air?

So you're basically left with coloured translucent tubing and distilled water, which may not be the best looking, but it's likely to be the most practical.

cheers - going with black tubing and some Feser Aqua for now and will see how we get on.

will get some pictures up when it's up and running - spent about 2 hours sorting out the cabling tonight and some reverse hard drive mods!!
