Colour pulse on black hair

last night i died my hairwith loreal colour pulse in electric black as they where only £1.40 at tesco's , my hairs black and i left it in for about 20 minutes i washed it out but i cant even see a hint of blue!

any ideas?

You have to mix the dye with mustard

It brings out the blue

For extra blueness put a bit in the corner of your eye

Not again!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive had my hair blue loads of times you need to bleach it first unless you have really light hair!!!
