Hooked up my Wii to my LG 194WT monitor using a Gadmei box thingy, and the colour is all borked. I was advised to this box in another thread and it worked for the guy who recommended it to me, so I'm guessing its something in the monitor settings that isn't quite right. However, all this is beyond me, and I have no clue what I should be changing, or which way. So, here are some pictures of various screens, pictures taken with me dads digital camera, and some ones grabbed from google image search for comparison. The obvious thing I've noticed is that green isn't showing very well, but does this mean I should just mash up the green value?
Firstly, the wii menu screen:
This is how it should be.
This is what mine looks like.
Wii sports title:

Wii Tennis:

Thanks in advance, I'm clueless about these things. Also for reference, This is the thread I was advised to get the box, it has info about it, about half way down. Finally, I've only got the default wii cable, with L and R audio, and one video signal. The box came with a cable with 5 plugs, persumable for component. They are in a set of two and three. The two plugs are pink and white in colour, and I have the audio hooked up to those.
The video plugs are red, green and blue in colour. I have the wii cable hooked up to the green one, as I can't get any picture in the other two. I'm considering getting a component cable if I can't fix this, though the poster in the other thread said his worked fine like this, and that the component cable he bought didn't work.
Finally, if we do get it working just using the standard wii cable, would I see an increase in picture quality if I do buy a component cable using my monitor?
Phew, glad thats done with. Thanks in advance.
ps: Pictures are slowly uploading. 6 are uploaded so far, rest will be up shortly. Thanks for waiting ^^
