Guys anybody know of a way to reset a comm port without reboot?
Its a USB-serial com port.
My porgam connects fine grabs the info but after a while the port becomes locked. even if the program is closed. Only option is reboot! This is on server 2003.. Was thinking maybe a batch file killing the USB?
Anybody have any suggestions or commands?
